Cecilia

Cecilia is an Administrative Assistant for Sundial Plumbing Services. She is responsible for assisting the customer service manager with complaints, billing, entering work orders, and maintaining communication with subcontractors. Cecilia is great at learning quickly, playing soccer and volleyball, and writing in Spanish. Family is Cecilia's number one priority in life, but she holds a close bond with her mother because of the morals and values her mother has taught her. During Cecilia's spare time, she enjoys listening to music, playing sports, reading magazines, and watching movies with her two sisters. Her aspiration is to become a nurse and be successful at Sundial Plumbing Services.

Ana

Ana's role at Sundial Plumbing Services is to be the best dispatcher. Her responsibilities include scheduling service calls, updating customers on their service call status, and monitoring our fleet of technicians throughout the day. Ana is great at providing excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and staying organized. She enjoys spending time with her three children, two boys and a girl, and reading books when time permits. Her goal at Sundial is to be the best dispatcher possible and make sure each service call is performed to the customer's best interest.
